Deborah Lattimore oversees a group of highly skilled transcribers who,
within a week or so, produce faithful verbatim reports of taped interviews.
She is responsive to requests, and the transcribers are very good at catching
even difficult-to-hear phrases. They deal well with technical language.
Deborah personally checks tapes for accuracy and completeness, and she
is terrific to deal with. She understands about budget or other deadlines
and works hard to deliver the products needed within the stated time limit.
The copies which are received (electronic, paper, and e-mail versions are
all provided) are in very good shape, ready to coding. It’s rather
like magic to have tape after tape come back in terrific written form.
