| Transcription: | Superior-quality transcription, following established oral history guidelines. |
| Audio Formats: | Audio cassette and digital audio files in multiple formats, including
.wav, .mp3, .avi, .mov, and others. |
| Proofreading: | After an interview is transcribed, a proofreader listens to the interview and reads the transcript word for word, correcting any typos and/or mishearings. You will receive an extremely clean copy. This service is included in our transcription fee. |
| Indexing | Extensive indexing of names, places, and/or broad themes automatically generated after transcription. |
| Rush: | Overnight and rush transcription available. |
